Three simple steps to daily peace of mind
Tell us about your loved one
A 10-minute setup: their phone number, the best times to call, favorite topics, and anything we should know — from medications to their beloved cat's name.
Grace calls every day
Our AI companion calls for a genuine, unhurried conversation — never rushed, patient with repetition, and happy to chat about the grandkids or the weather.
You stay in the loop
A short daily digest lands in your inbox. If Grace notices something concerning — a fall, confusion, missed medication — you're alerted right away.
A gentle wellness check, woven into conversation
Grace never quizzes or interrogates. But during each natural conversation, she's attentively listening for changes across seven areas of wellbeing — compared against your parent's own normal, not a generic checklist.

Start Your Free TrialA daily call that feels like family
No gadgets, no cameras, no apps for your parent to learn. TeleSafeguard works over the phone they already have — landline or mobile.
1. A thoughtful setup
You create a profile for your loved one: the best times to reach them, topics they light up about, their medication routine, and emergency contacts. This takes about ten minutes and shapes every conversation Grace has.
2. Warm, unhurried daily calls
Grace calls one to three times a day, depending on your plan. She speaks at a comfortable pace, never rushes, and is endlessly patient with repeated stories. Conversations last five to ten minutes and feel like catching up with a friendly neighbor.
3. Attentive listening, gently done
During the conversation, Grace pays attention to how your parent is doing across mood, memory and clarity, speech, medications, mobility, appetite and sleep, and social connection. She compares today against their normal — because a quiet day for one person is a red flag for another.
4. Your daily digest
Each day you receive a short, plain-English summary: how the call went, anything worth knowing, and gentle trends over time. Weekly charts show patterns you'd never catch from occasional phone calls.
5. Alerts when it matters
Three levels, matched to urgency:
- Good to know — small observations included in your daily digest.
- Same-day heads-up — a text or email the same day for things like a missed medication pattern or a low mood streak.
- Urgent — call now — an immediate alert if Grace hears about a fall, chest pain, signs of a stroke, new confusion, thoughts of self-harm, or if your parent doesn't answer two scheduled calls in a row. Grace tells your parent, "I'm going to have someone check on you," and your family is contacted immediately.

You can't call every day.
Grace can.
You live three states away. Or you call every Sunday, but Mom always says "I'm fine" — and you hang up wondering what "fine" really means. TeleSafeguard exists for exactly this.
What changes for your family
- The guessing stops. Instead of wondering, you get a short daily note: how she sounded, what she talked about, whether anything's changing.
- Small problems surface early. A skipped medication here, a little more confusion there — patterns that are invisible in weekly calls become visible in daily ones.
- Your calls get better. When the "did you take your pills?" checking is handled, your Sunday call can go back to being about the grandkids.
- Your parent keeps their independence. No cameras watching, no buttons to wear. Just a phone call from a friendly voice who remembers that the tomatoes are coming in.
Seniors actually enjoy it
Grace is designed for older adults: she speaks a little slower, never interrupts, laughs at jokes, and remembers what matters to them. For seniors living alone, the daily call is often the highlight — a moment of genuine connection, not surveillance.
Everyone stays coordinated
Siblings can all be on the account. Everyone sees the same digest, so nobody's out of the loop and nobody carries the worry alone.
Scalable post-discharge and longitudinal monitoring
TeleSafeguard's clinical roadmap — designed by a practicing vascular neurologist — extends our daily-call platform into structured virtual wellness checks, longitudinal tracking, and care-transition monitoring for hospitals and Medicare Advantage plans.
The problem we address
The riskiest window for older patients is the 30 days after discharge — and the standard of care is often a single follow-up phone call. Readmissions are expensive, and early warning signs (medication confusion, functional decline, mood deterioration) go unheard because nobody is listening daily.
What the platform offers
- Daily voice touchpoints at scale — consistent, documented check-ins without adding staff.
- Structured wellness assessments — scheduled, protocol-driven voice assessments with longitudinal scoring against each patient's own baseline.
- Command Center oversight — one care coordinator monitoring 20–30 patients with a prioritized alert queue and escalation workflows.
- Transition-of-care monitoring — post-discharge programs with configurable escalation to your care team.
Compliance posture
Built on HIPAA-eligible, BAA-capable infrastructure from day one: encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, and complete audit logging. See our security page.
TeleSafeguard is a wellness monitoring service and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
Founded by a physician who sees what happens when no one checks in
TeleSafeguard was founded by a practicing vascular neurologist who has spent a career treating strokes — and seeing, again and again, how often the warning signs were there days earlier, unheard, because the patient lived alone.
The slurred word on Tuesday. The medication confusion on Wednesday. The fall nobody mentioned. By the time family notices on the weekend call, the window has closed.
We built TeleSafeguard on a simple belief: a daily conversation is the most human early-warning system ever invented. Modern voice AI finally makes it possible to give every senior living alone a daily conversation — warm, patient, and quietly attentive — at a price families can afford.
Our principles
- Companionship first. The wellness value only exists if the call is a joy, not a chore.
- Their normal, not a checklist. We measure change against each person's own baseline.
- Honest boundaries. We are not a medical service and we never pretend to be. We help families notice — doctors diagnose, and 911 responds.
- Privacy is the product. Families trust us with intimate daily moments. We treat that as sacred.
Common questions
Does my parent need a smartphone or any equipment?
No. TeleSafeguard works with any phone — landline or mobile. There's nothing to install, charge, or wear.
Will my parent know it's an AI?
Yes — we believe in honesty. During the welcome call, Grace introduces herself as a virtual companion. In practice, most seniors quickly relate to her as a friendly caller who remembers their stories.
What if my parent doesn't answer?
Grace tries again a little later. If two scheduled calls in a row go unanswered, your family receives an urgent alert so someone can check in.
Is this a medical alert system like Life Alert?
No. TeleSafeguard is a wellness and companionship service — it complements, but does not replace, emergency-button devices, and it is not an emergency service. In any emergency, call 911.
What does Grace do if she hears something serious?
For red flags — a fall, chest pain, signs of a stroke, new confusion, or statements about self-harm — Grace gently says, "I'm going to have someone check on you," and your family and designated emergency contacts are alerted immediately. Every alert reminds you that TeleSafeguard is not an emergency service and to call 911 if there's danger.
Does Grace give medical advice?
Never. Grace doesn't diagnose, doesn't give medical advice, and never suggests changes to medications. She listens, encourages, and reports observations to family in plain language.
Who can see the call summaries?
Only the family members you add to your account. You control access, and the senior can request their own information anytime. We never sell data.
Are calls recorded?
Calls are transcribed and securely stored so we can prepare your digest and track wellness over time. Everything is encrypted, access-controlled, and handled under our privacy policy.
What if my parent has hearing difficulties or mild dementia?
Grace speaks clearly and at an adjustable pace, and is endlessly patient with repetition. For moderate-to-severe dementia or significant hearing loss, TeleSafeguard may not be a good fit — we'll help you assess during the free trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no contract. Cancel with two clicks from your family portal.

Healthcare-grade protection for your family's information
TeleSafeguard handles sensitive information about the people you love most. We architected the platform to healthcare standards from day one.
Our security practices
- Encryption everywhere. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), including call transcripts and wellness records.
- HIPAA-eligible infrastructure. We build exclusively on vendors capable of signing Business Associate Agreements, and we execute BAAs with vendors that process health information on our behalf.
- Least-privilege access. Role-based access controls limit every user — including our own staff — to the minimum data necessary.
- Complete audit logging. Every access to personal health information is logged in an append-only audit trail.
- Data minimization. Our AI analysis pipelines receive the minimum information needed for each task — never full profiles.
- Your rights. Families can export or request deletion of their data at any time. We never sell personal information.
Honest boundaries
TeleSafeguard is a wellness and companionship service. We are not a covered healthcare provider, we do not diagnose or treat, and our service is not a medical device or emergency service. As we expand into partnerships with health systems, those programs operate under full HIPAA business-associate frameworks.
